Personal Training
Your goals
This is a slower heavier weighted class. This does not mean that you need experience or need to be strong to sign up. Any level is welcome. We accomplish 5-7 powerlifting lifts, doing 4-5 sets of each one. Lifts are set up so that you can rotate from one to the next so their is just enough time in-between your sets to recover but not too much down time. This also allows you to be able to adjust the weights to what is comfortable for you.
YOGA
Get in touch with your body
Working on flexibility, strength, balance, breath and much more. Weather that be in a Gentle class, Vinyasa, Sculpt, or Rest & Restore. Each of these areas is in each style of yoga, the focus is just different for each.


BOGA
Float and flow
Join us during the summer bringing your practice on the water.
Semi private & Small private group Training
Have someone or multiple people that want to workout with you? 2-5 clients are welcome to set up semi private sessions.
